3. Blueberry and orange water

You will need 2 mandarin oranges. Cut them into wedges and add a handful of blueberries. It’s not only really delicious to drink, but loaded with vitamins that the body needs and that help it get rid of toxins.

For every recipe, the preparation steps are pretty much the same and really easy. Add the ingredients in the bottom of a pitcher or fruit infuser bottle. Cover with ice about ½ way through then fill to top with water. You can add it in the fridge for an hour, if desired. You can refill the container 2-3 times before it begins to lose flavor.
